Cancellation Policy

The customers have the right to cancel the reservations within the following cancellation policies and conditions.


Flexible: Full refund 1 day prior to arrival, except fees


  • Evoteli.com service fee is non-refundable.
  • If cancellation is made 24 hours before the check in time, (with listing's local time) all the payment will be refunded except service fee.
  • If the guest cancels the reservation less than 24 hours before check in, the payment for the first night will be kept but the rest of the payment will be fully refunded except service fee.
  • If the guest does not make/complete the payment for the reservation until the due date set on the reservation voucher, Evoteli.com has the right to cancel the reservation and keep all the payments made for the reservation.
  • Electric, water, gas consumption and cleaning fees, deposit payments and all other payments requested by the listing owner in the listing will be collected by the owner during the check in. Evoteli.com does not collect these payments on behalf of owners and not responsible from any possible refunds or disagreements.


Moderate: Full refund 5 days prior to arrival, except fees


  • Evoteli.com service fee is non-refundable.
  • If cancellation is made 5 days before the check in time, (with listing's local time) all the payment will be refunded except service fee.
  • If the guest cancels the reservation less than 5 days before check in, the payment for the first night will be kept but the remaining nights will be %50 refunded except service fee.
  • If the guest does not make/complete the payment for the reservation until the due date set on the reservation voucher, Evoteli.com has the right to cancel the reservation and keep all the payments made for the reservation.
  • Electric, water, gas consumption and cleaning fees, deposit payments and all other payments requested by the listing owner in the listing will be collected by the owner during the check in. Evoteli.com does not collect these payments on behalf of owners and not responsible from any possible refunds or disagreements.


Strict: 50% refund up until 1 week prior to arrival, except fees


  • Evoteli.com service fee is non-refundable.
  • If cancellation is made 24 hours before the check in time, (with listing's local time) %50 of total payment will be refunded except service fee.
  • If the guest cancels the reservation less than 7 days before check in, there will be no refund.
  • If the guest does not make/complete the payment for the reservation until the due date set on the reservation voucher, Evoteli.com has the right to cancel the reservation and keep all the payments made for the reservation.
  • Electric, water, gas consumption and cleaning fees, deposit payments and all other payments requested by the listing owner in the listing will be collected by the owner during the check in. Super Strict 30: 50% refund up until 30 days prior to arrival, except fees


  • Evoteli.com service fee is non-refundable.
  • If cancellation is made 30 days before the check in time, (with listing's local time) %50 of total payment will be refunded except service fee.
  • If the guest cancels the reservation less than 30 days before check in, there will be no refund.
  • If the guest does not make/complete the payment for the reservation until the due date set on the reservation voucher, Evoteli.com has the right to cancel the reservation and keep all the payments made for the reservation.

Super Strict 60: 50% refund up until 60 days prior to arrival, except fees


  • Evoteli.com service fee is non-refundable.
  • If cancellation is made 60 days before the check in time, (with listing's local time) %50 of total payment will be refunded except service fee.
  • If the guest cancels the reservation less than 60 days before check in, there will be no refund.
  • If the guest does not make/complete the payment for the reservation until the due date set on the reservation voucher, Evoteli.com has the right to cancel the reservation and keep all the payments made for the reservation.
  • Electric, water, gas consumption and cleaning fees, deposit payments and all other payments requested by the listing owner in the listing will be collected by the owner during the check in.     If there is a complaint from either party, notice must be given to Evoteli.com within 24 hours of check-in.

    Evoteli.com will mediate when necessary, and has the final say in all disputes.
